Dispatch and Shipping times
Non-personalised jewellery - will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Handprint/Footprint personalised items - the print kit will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and the final order will be dispatched 10 working days AFTER the print has been received by us.
If your order is required by a specific date, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate.
An Post standard mail (approx 3/4 days) and express mail (approx 2/3 days). Express mail is a signed for service, so ensure that the address given for delivery has someone available to receive the mail.
International customers should allow for longer shipping times.
